As an Optimization and Efficiency Advisor, you will play a key role in implementing a high-performance management system by optimizing processes, facilitating Lean workshops, and guiding teams toward sustainable results.
What you will accomplish with us
- Conducting diagnostic assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans based on findings
- Designing, preparing, and facilitating optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving) with iA Group organizational units
- Supporting managers and their teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized
