Must Have:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Optimizely; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Optimizely 11.x & later
• Experience with all aspects of Optimizely development and deployment
• Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades
• Experience with Optimizely on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud
• Experience with Optimizely as headless
• Experience with products apart from CMS such as Commerce, Experimentation, Campaign, Analytics etc.
• Experience on Devops with Optimizely
• Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for an Optimizely implementation program
• Must be able to design solutions with Optimizely and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client
• Capable of leading a team of developers for Optimizely implementations from scratch
• Strong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in client discussions
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking
• Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVC

Good to have:

• Exposure to Optimizely SaaS, Opal
• Knowledge/ Experience with AI, Agile methodologies, Analytics, Commerce
• Experience in preparing proposals response, client presentations
