Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect
3+ years of recent hands-on experience with Optimizely; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Optimizely 11.x & later
Experience with all aspects of Optimizely development and deployment · Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades
Experience with Optimizely on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud · Experience with Optimizely as headless
Experience with products apart from CMS such as Commerce, Experimentation, Campaign, Analytics etc.
Experience on Devops with Optimizely
Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for an Optimizely implementation program
Must be able to design solutions with Optimizely and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client
Strong foundational experience in ASP. NET MVC
