Infrastructure Development Expert Wanted

A leading construction company seeks a skilled Technical Engineer to prepare high-quality technical proposals for infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in project tendering, including 3 years working on similar initiatives.

  • Coordinate with teams to develop comprehensive tender documents;
  • Create detailed TTD plans;

The role requires excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in AutoCAD, as well as related tools.
