Technical Skills


  • Strong hands-on experience with Optio (Bottomline Technologies)
  • Proven experience integrating Optio with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Experience with document formatting, layout design, and data mapping
  • Understanding of XML, data extracts, and EBS concurrent processing
  • Familiarity with print management and document distribution workflows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple document streams and priorities
