Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Optio (Bottomline Technologies)
- Proven experience integrating Optio with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Experience with document formatting, layout design, and data mapping
- Understanding of XML, data extracts, and EBS concurrent processing
- Familiarity with print management and document distribution workflows
Functional & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple document streams and priorities
