• Full-Time Optometric Technician Applicant must be able to: 1- Obtain propper Case history which includes: a.


• Patient’s chief complaint vs other complaints . b.
• Ocular health (date of last eye exam?
• Previous eye diagnosis?
• Previous eye surgeries?
• Any eye treatment received?
• Wearing glasses/contacts?
• Date of first ever worn glasses/ contact ?). c.
• Medical health (date of last medical exam?
• Past/current medical history?/ type of treatment received or currently receiving?
• Allergeies to medications?). 2- Obtain propper Visual Acuity measurment. 3- Extraocular muscle motility (able to perform test properrly in all cardinals of gaze and accuratly report abnormality?
• For example limitted eye movement?
