Optometrist (OPT)

AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities. At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Optometrist to take on a Full-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in Delano, CA



Position Details:

40 Hours per week

Location: Delano, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm 

Rate: $110/hr ($4,400/week)

Status: Independent Contractor (1099)



- Must be licensed by the California State Board of Optometry.

- Must have 1-full year of experience as a licensed professional.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Institution/Facility designee, the Temporary/Relief Optometrist

shall provide services as permitted within the scope of practice of the Optometrist and in accordance with
