Optometry opening in Northern California near Modesto, CA

  • Full time/permanent position
  • No locums or part-time available. 
  • Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $130,000 – $157,000 range. Incentive bonuses for production and quality measures.
  • Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region.
  • Monday – Friday schedule from 8 am – 5 pm. No weekends or call. 
  • NextGen EMR
  • Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services. 
  • Covid vaccination is required.
  • Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% contribution after 3 months of employment. 
  • PTO of 15 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and CME and allowance. 40 total days of PTO.
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation.
