Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
- Own solution architecture and design for customer care, billing, and collections
- Define and configure complex rate structures, billing rules, and bill determinants
- Lead integrations with MDM, C2M, GIS, AMI, and third-party systems
- Drive requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
- Review and approve functional and technical design documents
- Oversee data migration strategy, SIT, UAT, and production go-live
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to CC&B teams
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B
- Strong domain expertise in Electricity, Gas, or Water utilities
