We’re looking for a highly experienced Oracle CDM/MDM Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Master Data Management and Customer Data Management at an architect level. This role will lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise‑grade MDM/CDM solutions across Oracle Cloud environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Architect and implement end‑to‑end Oracle CDM/MDM solutions
  • Define data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and master data standards
  • Lead integration strategies across ERP, CRM, and external systems
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into scalable architectures
  • Drive data cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and golden‑record strategies
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize MDM performance
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in MDM/CDM architecture and implementation
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Oracle CDM , Oracle MDM , and related cloud components
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, hierarchy management, and data governance
  • Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to Have
  • Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS (ERP/HCM/SCM) data models
  • Knowledge of OIC, SOA, or other integration frameworks
  • Background in data migration and data quality tools
