CTG is seeking Oracle Cerner Application Support Specialists (1st Level) to join our team. The Oracle Cerner Application Support Specialist (1st Level) provides frontline support for end users across clinical, operational, and administrative departments. This role is responsible for triaging issues, resolving routine application problems, maintaining user access, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operation of Oracle Cerner applications. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and escalates complex issues to higher‑level analysts or technical teams as needed.
