Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
  • Configure benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules
  • Develop integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools
  • Conduct functional workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, apply patches/updates, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project deadlines
