  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Mentor team members and share your expertise
  • Build reports and automate processes for efficiency
  • Influence strategic direction for Oracle HCM across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Expertise in Payroll (UK & USA), Core HR, Absence, and OTL
  • Experience with HDL and testing Oracle HCM solutions
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
