<p><b>Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant OTL & Payroll</b></p> <p><b>Location:- Remote</b></p> <p><b>Experience</b>: </p> <ul> <li><b>15+ years of overall experience and 7+ years</b> overall Oracle HCM (Payroll and OTL) experience</li> <li><b>Minimum 7+ years</b> on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (OTL & Payroll)</li> </ul> <p><b>Role Summary:</b></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant</b> with strong hands-on expertise in <b>Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll</b> modules. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end functional ownership, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, payroll validation, and post-go-live support. This is a client-facing role requiring deep functional knowledge and the ability to work independently.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p><b>Oracle HCM Payroll</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead <b>Oracle Cloud Payroll</b> implementations and support activities.</li> <li>Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and statutory components.</li> <li>Handle payroll processing cycles, retro-pay, reversals, and adjustments.</li> <li>Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with business and statutory requirements.</li> <li>Perform payroll reconciliation, validation, and parallel payroll runs.</li> <li>Support payroll audits and year-end activities.</li> </ul> <p><b>Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL)</b></p> <ul> <li>Configure <b>Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)</b> including work schedules, time categories, absence integration, and approvals.</li> <li>Manage time entry rules, overtime calculations, and integration with Payroll.</li> <li>Troubleshoot OTL issues impacting payroll accuracy.</li> <li>Support complex time policies and workforce scheduling scenarios.</li> </ul> <p><b>Functional & Client Engagement</b></p> <ul> <li>Conduct requirement gathering workshops with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration.</li> <li>Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.</li> <li>Lead UAT support, defect resolution, and client sign-offs.</li> <li>Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and fast formulas.</li> <li>Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations.</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and OTL</b>.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of payroll concepts: earnings, deductions, taxes, retro processing.</li> <li>Solid experience with <b>Fast Formulas</b> (Payroll & OTL).</li> <li>Strong functional configuration skills (not just theoretical knowledge).</li> <li>Experience in at least <b>one full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation</b>.</li> <li>Excellent client communication and documentation skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
