This role requires strong techno-functional depth with mandatory expertise in US Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), and Fast Formula .

  • Oracle Fusion HCM – US Benefits
  • Oracle Fusion HCM – Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formula
  • Fusion HCM Approvals & Security
  • Experience delivering for NA clients from India
