The Managed Services Associate - Oracle Cloud Technical Associate will contribute to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients, addressing client concerns while ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to the following areas
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Skills include customization of Oracle SaaS applications, as well as expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
