Oracle Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant – ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) to design, implement, and support end-to-end reconciliation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional accounting knowledge combined with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS, and experience working with finance stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle ARCS , including setup, configuration, and optimization
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Controllership teams
• Design reconciliation profiles, formats, rules, matching, thresholds, and approval workflows
• Configure transaction matching, balance comparisons, compliance rules, and auto-reconciliation
• Manage period close activities , certifications, aging, and compliance reporting
• Perform data integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, or FDMEE
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and reconciliation summaries
• Support month-end / quarter-end close cycles and resolve reconciliation issues
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS / SAP)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud , with strong focus on ARCS
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Financial Close, and Reconciliation processes
• Hands-on experience with:
• Reconciliation profiles and formats
• Transaction Matching
• Auto-reconciliation rules
• Compliance and certification workflows
• Experience in data integration (Data Management, FDMEE, EPM Automate, REST APIs)
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS, PBCS, or PCMCS (preferred)
• Strong SQL / data analysis skills for troubleshooting and validation
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into solutions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud GL integrations
• Exposure to SOX compliance and audit requirements
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
• Experience in multi-country or multi-GAAP environments
