Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in data integration, ETL development, and performance optimization. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting ODI-based data integration solutions for enterprise systems. This is a contract-based, remote opportunity open to candidates across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ODI mappings, packages, procedures, and load plans
• Implement ETL/ELT solutions for large-scale data integration projects
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems
• Optimize ODI jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Handle error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms in ODI
• Support data migration, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives
• Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to understand data requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve ODI production issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong hands-on experience with ODI 11g/12c
• Proficiency in:
• ODI Mappings, Packages, Procedures, Load Plans
• Knowledge Modules (KMs) customization
• Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Utilities, ERP, or large enterprise systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
• ODI Certification (Good to have)
