Oracle CX Cloud Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle CX Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional expertise and technical skills including Groovy scripting, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle CX Cloud implementations and support.
• Configure and customize Oracle Sales and Service Cloud modules.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to fulfill business requirements.
• Experience in designing required Integrations to Oracle CX with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and generate reports using OTBI.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
