Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic

Oracle CX Cloud Consultant

with hands-on experience in

Oracle Sales Cloud

and

Oracle Service Cloud . The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional expertise and technical skills including

Groovy scripting ,

OTBI , and

REST/SOAP APIs .

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle CX Cloud implementations and support.
Configure and customize Oracle Sales and Service Cloud modules.
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to fulfill business requirements.
Experience in designing required Integrations to Oracle CX with external systems using

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

and

REST/SOAP APIs .
Design and generate reports using

OTBI .
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
