Oracle Database Administrator

Role: Oracle DBA

Required Technical Skill Set: Oracle DBA, PL/SQL

Desired Experience Range: 10-15 yrs

Location of Requirement: Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• the candidate should have proficiency in Oracle database administration skills and PL/SQL programming skills.
• Should be able to optimize SQL queries for improving the performance.
• Should have working knowledge on performance tuning of Oracle Stored Procedures and Triggers.
• Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve database related issues.

Good-to-Have

• It will be great if the candidate has MSSQL db administration and TSQL knowledge as well since Source uses both Oracle and MSSQL.
• Also it will be added advantage if the candidate has some Power System Modelling knowledge

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 The candidate should be able to manage Oracle databases on both Linux and Windows platforms, with strong expertise in performance tuning

2 The candidate should be able to handle any other DB realted tasks as well.
