- 5+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator (DBA), with hands-on expertise in Oracle 12c/19c (required).
- Experience with other database systems (e.G., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) is a plus.
- Performance optimization skills: Proven ability in index tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting database performance issues.
- Database lifecycle management: Experience with data cleanup, historical data purging, and automation.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving: Ability to assess change requests, issues, or challenges, propose solutions, and translate technical concepts into schematics, diagrams, or documentation for discussions and reporting.
- IT infrastructure involvement: Contribute to planning, sizing, and implementation of IT projects.
