Oracle DBA

Role Description

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle databases (versions 12c, 19c, or later).
• Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Optimize database performance and ETL jobs for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application performance and scalability.
• Ensure database security, compliance, and data integrity across environments.
• Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Shell, PL/SQL, Python, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience as an Oracle DBA in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and OEM.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.
