Must Have Skills (Top technical skills only) · Strong Oracle DBA experience (c, c) including installation, configuration, and administration. · Hands-on experience with cross-platform migration techniques (RMAN CONVERT, Transportable Tablespaces, Data Pump). · Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. · Solid understanding of Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard.

Detailed Job Description:



· + years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with strong expertise in cross-platform database



migration and Oracle GoldenGate replication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and



validating migrations of large-scale Oracle databases across heterogeneous platforms (AIX, RHEL) while ensuring



minimal downtime and data integrity.

Work onsite with client stakeholders to design and implement cross-platform Oracle database migration



strategies using RMAN, Data Pump, and Transportable Tablespaces.



· Configure and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication and zero-downtime migration.



· Perform pre-migration assessments, compatibility checks, and develop migration runbooks.



· Optimize database performance post-migration and troubleshoot any issues.



· Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data consistency during migration.



· Collaborate with application teams to validate functionality after migration.



· Document processes, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
