<p><b>Job Title: </b>Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (M&A) - Leadership</p> <p><b>Location: Remote - </b>EST Preferred</p> <p><b>Duration: </b>6+ Months</p> <p><b>Rate: </b>Best Minimum Possible</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <ul> <li>10+ years Oracle EBS functional experience.</li> <li>Lead the process reviews with business and cross functional teams and drive to decisions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A), (Cross-platform Integrations and Data warehouse tools and technologies. Nice if they have it but not likely)</li> <li>Hands-on Oracle EBS Financials expertise; multi-org experience required</li> <li>Experience in configuring Oracle Modules - Order Management, Service Contracts, Receivables is a must</li> <li>Proven experience with validating data migration and financial reconciliation and understanding the challenges associated with integrating sets of books.</li> <li>Experience in writing Functional Specification documents and ability to understand and review high-level technical specifications</li> <li>Experience in creating functional test cases suitable for end to end user testing.</li> <li>Able to collaborate effectively with Business team/stakeholders and cross functional teams</li> <li>Experience and understanding of indirect tax such as Sales Tax/GST, EBTax, third party tax software a plus</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce (CRM) order flow and integrations with EBS a plus</li> </ul>
