Job Title:  Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (Finance, HR & Payroll)
Experience Required:  1–2 Years
Location:  Trivandrum
Employment Type:  Full-Time
Salary Range:  ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in
Finance, HR, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding
business requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting configuration and
implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in requirement gathering and gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules (Finance, HR, Payroll) based on client needs.
• Support implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom development.
• Conduct functional testing and support UAT.
• Prepare documentation and user manuals.

Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of Oracle EBS architecture.
• Familiarity with module-specific workflows and setups.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
