  • Solution Designing
  • Creating Functional design documents
  • Application configuration changes.
  • Discuss with developers and explain the business requirements and the functional design documents
  • Identify test scenarios and create test scripts
  • Coordinate with technical team
  • Prepare Test Data
  • Testing
  • Analyze issues and provide resolution including workarounds.
  • Emergency data fixes.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Proactively identify issues with the application functionality / configuration.
