Oracle EBS SCM Functional PM – Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Automation
Role Summary
The IT Project Manager will lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives spanning Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Finance. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery of automation, system integration, and process optimization initiatives involving Oracle ERP, MES, WMS, MRP, and AI-enabled solutions. The PM will coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives, including:
Automation of Work Order (WO), Sales Order (SO), PR/PO, invoicing, and shipment processes
MES ↔ Oracle data interface stabilization and scalability planning
Warehouse, kitting, shipping, and consumable process improvements
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs , and status reporting.
Lead cross-functional governance with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT.
Manage scope, dependencies, and priorities across a growing project backlog.
Drive process standardization and automation-first approaches.
Coordinate internal developers, business analysts, system integrators, and vendors.
Ensure solutions are scalable to support production ramp over the next 8 quarters.
Proactively identify risks related to data quality, integration bandwidth, and change management.
Ensure compliance with IT, security, and audit standards.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT Project Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments
Strong experience delivering projects involving Oracle ERP and MES systems
Proven success managing automation and integration-heavy initiatives
Strong understanding of:
Work Orders, Sales Orders, MRP, PR/PO processes
Warehouse, shipping, kitting, and consumable workflows
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing onshore/offshore development teams
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, or equivalent certification
Experience with WMS, handheld scanners, mobile printers
Exposure to AI/ML use cases in finance or supply chain automation
Agile / Hybrid delivery experience in enterprise environments
Senior Business Analyst – Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations
Role Summary
The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business teams and IT , owning requirements definition, process analysis, and solution design across supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics initiatives. This role requires deep domain expertise and hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP, MES, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to:
Analyze current-state processes (WO issuance to completion, MES–Oracle interfaces, WH operations)
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
Lead requirements gathering for initiatives including:
WO, SO, PR/PO, MRP, and supplier promise date automation
Warehouse picklists, kitting, shipping, consumables forecasting
Invoice validation and AI-based matching
Document business requirements, functional specs, data mappings, and process flows.
Define integration requirements between MES, Oracle, WMS, and third-party systems.
Support solution design, UAT planning, test case development, and defect resolution.
Ensure solutions align with business rules (e.g., decimal component usage, yield, shrinkage).
Support change management, training, and rollout readiness.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Business Analysis experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
Strong functional knowledge of:
Oracle ERP (SCM, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, Receiving)
MES systems and shop floor processes
Proven experience with:
MRP-driven PR/PO processes
Warehouse and shipping workflows
Supplier promise date and order management
Strong data analysis, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WMS implementations or scanner-based warehouse operations
Exposure to AI-enabled finance or supply chain use cases
SQL or data analysis skills
CBAP or equivalent certification
