Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle EBS Shipping Execution (WSH) processes, including pick, pack, and ship confirmation
  • Oversee OM date orchestration, delivery updates, and freight terms
  • Define BOL (Bill of Lading) content, density dimensions capture, and NMFC linkage (e.g., Hook & Loop 49260)
  • Ensure proper integration with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including reference sync, release, and planned/actual shipment updates
  • Manage the ship confirm feedback loop for billing and AR invoicing touchpoints
  • Provide functional guidance to shipping users and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement freight rules and optimize shipping
