Travel Technical Consultant (Contingent Worker)

Functions / Key Results Expected

· Develop solutions using IAEA standards to solve issues reported in the Travel and Events custom system.

· Perform unit testing on the solutions developed.

· Prepare technical design documents of the assigned change requests.

· Develop the approved technical designs for problems and enhancements in the Travel and Events system.

· Contribute to user support training, manuals, and system documentation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree-University Degree in Information Technology, or related area.

· Minimum five years of experience in development and support (troubleshoot complex issues, test system patches,
