Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of financial modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, supporting financial close cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Oracle EBS operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and integrations (CEI)
• Work with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, and Workflow Builder
• Build integrations with third-party tools such as Vertex and external tax engines

System & Application Knowledge

• Provide technical and functional support across Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Cash Management)
• Utilize ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident and change management
• Ensure system stability across multilingual environments, including English, Chinese, and Japanese deployments

Problem Solving & Communication

• Debug and resolve complex issues across Oracle EBS components
• Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Provide critical support during financial periods such as quarter-end and year-end close cycles

Additional Responsibilities

• Understand financial compliance requirements from a systems perspective
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and participate in continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Strong command over PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, Workflow Builder
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules from both technical and functional standpoints
• Experience in global, multilingual Oracle EBS environments
• Ability to handle high-pressure support scenarios and critical deadlines
