Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Reports To: Manager Business System Analysis
Responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise eCommerce applications and business process improvements. This role leads complex, companywide system integration initiatives and provides hands-on technical and functional expertise across Oracle Commerce Cloud, ERP, and integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support, enhancements, and continuous improvements for Oracle Commerce Cloud, ERP, and related integrationsAct as a techno-functional lead with deep expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and eCommerce platformsTranslate business requirements into scalable Oracle Commerce Cloud solutions and detailed technical design specificationsLead the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Commerce stores and configurationsParticipate in end-to-end implementation activities including setup, integration, and testing to support business requirementsLead and facilitate functional and technical workshops to gather and document requirements for new initiatives and enhancementsCoordinate onshore and offshore teams, including task allocation, mentoring, and delivery oversightManage and perform system testing for projects, releases, and platform upgradesDeliver application and process training for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersServe as a key liaison between business partners, developers, and integration teamsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levelsSkills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldMinimum 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Commerce Cloud and integrations, with strong focus on Order-to-Cash processesMinimum 5+ years of experience developing using Oracle Commerce Cloud OSF Framework, including Java and front-end technologies like KnockoutJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Javascript, and CSS.Strong full-stack development experience with system-to-system integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON Webservices.Experience designing and developing storefronts, catalogs, widgets, mappings, and eCommerce componentsExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite , iStore and/or Order to Cash processes is a plusProven experience creating technical design documents and business process modelsStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies and delivery best practicesDemonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead technical teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work independently in a collaborative, matrixed environmentStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working with onshore and offshore teamsWillingness to travel as required
