Job Description
• You will work with our current marketing automation platform administrators as an additional level of support for marketers, system issue escalation and resolution while ensuring global compliance.
• Work towards compatibility standardization from Oracle-Eloqua to all other integrated systems (CRM, Digital events, VOC, DMP, CDP, etc.)
• Be able to participate in Global marketing tech stack inventory and analysis
Drive data dictionary and documentation at an enterprise level
• Be able to work across all teams and regions within the organization while facilitating relationships to both our internal and external customers
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are met when templates are created and enhanced
• Create, coordinate and deliver onboarding, re and system enhancement instruction for Medtronic’s marketing automation tool, Oracle-Eloqua
• Conduct back-end routine maintenance in Oracle-Eloqua system (media library clean-up, user access, template designs) and assist with tool configuration and enhancements
• Develop baseline metrics and visualizations marketing, sales, and e-commerce can utilize for system audits and event performance
