Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, mission-driven organization seeking an experienced Oracle professional who thrives in a hands-on, multifaceted environment. This role blends Oracle Applications administration, core Oracle database support, and light Linux administration within a small, collaborative IT team. Flexibility and ownership matter here as this is not a narrowly defined DBA role.


What You’ll Own


  • Administer and optimize Oracle 19c RAC databases and Oracle EBS 12.1/12.2 environments supporting HR, Payroll, and Financials




  • Support Linux-based infrastructure (Red Hat / Oracle Linux) across virtualized environments




  • Manage backups, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery using RMAN and Data Guard




  • Lead patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and environment cloning across production and non-production systems
