Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Duration: Fulltime
Job Overview: SoftClouds LLC is looking for a Full-Time Oracle EPM FCCS Implementation Developer who leads the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions to automate financial close and consolidation processes. This role combines technical EPM expertise with financial process knowledge, including business rules and Groovy scripting for custom calculations and validations. Developers typically with 7+ years of hands-on FCCS experience, focusing on cloud-based deployments
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live support.
· Develop and implement business rules for complex financial calculations, intercompany eliminations, and consolidations.
· Write Groovy scripts to automate workflows, enhance data validations, and create dynamic reports/dashboards.
· Implement automation using APIs and EPM Automate scripting for seamless data flows, job scheduling, and system orchestration.
· Optimize financial consolidation processes, manage ERP integrations, and provide troubleshooting/post-go-live support.
· Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and deliver training/documentation.
Required skills and experience:
· 5+ years in FCCS/HFM implementations, with proven experience in business rules, Groovy scripting, APIs, and EPM Automate.
· Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud suite, SQL, and data tools.
Preferred/Desired:
· Good to have EPBCS experience
· Good to have ARCS experience
· Good to have Narrative Reporting experience
· Good to have FCCS certified candidate
Education:
· Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable Computer Science/Engineering.
· Good to have degree / certification in Finance or relevant areas

Requirements
Requirements: · 7–8 years of strong experience in Functional Testing with experience in understanding functional requirements and application workflows. · Good communication skills to articulate and communicate to customers. · Proven ability to write effective test cases and execute them through Test Management tools. · Strong expertise in API Testing (Postman/REST) and Database Testing (SQL queries, validations). · Strong automation skills in tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar) and automation framework. · Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices. · Experience with defect management and application lifecycle tools (JIRA, Git, TFS, etc.). · Knowledge/experience in Non-Functional Testing (Load Testing, Cross Browser Testing) is a plus. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to manage time effectively and deliver within short development cycles. · Strong self-learning attitude, willingness to adopt new technologies/tools, and never-give-up mindset.
