Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolution of technical issues including system errors, user access problems, and application functionality concerns.
- Offer functional and technical guidance to end-users of the Oracle Forms-based applications, LMS, and Billing System.
- Implement customizations and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
- Develop and deploy custom reports to support specific operational or compliance requirements.
- Design and deliver new features in Oracle Forms applications, ensuring all customizations are fully tested prior to deployment.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance analysis for Oracle Forms, LMS, and the Billing System.
- Address performance bottlenecks and apply necessary optimizations.
- Continuously monitor system logs and behavior to proactively identify and mitigate performance or stability issues.
