Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll to join our team.
Experience: 6+ years (overall 4–10 years in Oracle HCM Cloud)
Locations: Hyderabad and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll
- Hands-on expertise in payroll elements, balances, costing, and retro-pay
- Experience with Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts
- Payroll interfaces and integrations experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in Payroll
- Exposure to multi-country payroll environments is a plus
