Job Title- Oracle Order Management Cloud Functional Consultant (Redwood Enablement)

Experience- Minimum 10 Years


Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Cloud Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, integration design, and Oracle Cloud extensibility tools. Redwood Enablement experience is mandatory, particularly within Order Management and Procurement modules.


Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Configure and support SCM Cloud modules including:
  • Order Management
  • Order Orchestration
  • Pricing
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Inventory
  • Costing

Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation including:
  • BRD (Business Requirements Document)
  • FDD (Functional Design Document)
  • BR100 / CWB configuration documents
  • Ensure solution alignment with business needs

Integrations & Data Management

  • Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle Cloud applications (SCM, Financials, Procurement)
  • Use OIC/ICS and REST / Web Services for integration design
  • Perform data mapping, validation, and migration using FBDI / ADFDI templates from legacy systems

Reporting & Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot functional issues using BI Publisher / OTBI reports
  • Analyze data and support issue resolution using SQL queries

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support user adoption through training, transition, and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Experience

Oracle SCM Cloud

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud – Order Management
  • Proven expertise across Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with multi-org, multi-currency, and global rollout implementations

Redwood & Oracle Cloud Extensibility

  • Mandatory experience with Redwood Enablement
  • Exposure to Redwood UI in Order Management and Procurement modules
  • Familiarity with:
  • AI Studio
  • Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Integration knowledge using OIC/ICS
  • Data migration experience using FBDI / ADFDI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong client-facing and presentation abilities

Preferred / Additional Experience

  • Experience in user training and change management
  • Post-go-live support and system stabilization experience
