The Principal Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant is a self-motivated leader who applies advanced functional expertise to successfully lead the operations, configuration and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions for global organizations. This role is deeply involved in providing best practices, delivering enhancements, managing change requests throughout the deployment lifecycle, from requirements gathering and gap analysis, to solution blueprint, configuration, testing, and production rollouts including incident management.

This consultant partners closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Oracle Cloud best practices to deliver robust financial architectures. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, business process consulting, system integration, and enterprise cloud strategies.


Working with cross-functional teams—including business process owners, project managers, and technical architects—you will ensure successful end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations that drive value and efficiency.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven passion for solution architecture and digital transformation in finance.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle ERP Financials Cloud implementations as a lead consultant, solution architect, or similar role.
  • Expertise and consulting field experience across several Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as: General Ledger Payables/Receivables/Fixed Assets Cash Management & Expenses Tax Automation & Configuration Financial Reporting (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Analytics Warehouse) Accounting Hub and Subledger Integrations
  • Strong experience leading requirements workshops, business process mapping, and solution architecture sessions with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, future-ready Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to industry and Oracle leading practices.
  • Functional knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS deployment models, integration patterns, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solution architecture and design engagements for enterprise clients, aligning technology to business strategy.
  • Analyze and map client requirements into robust Oracle Cloud solutions, leveraging industry best practices and out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Guide business process optimization and transformation in the context of Oracle Cloud.
  • Develop solution blueprints, process flows, gap analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and change management leads to ensure successful, on-time deliverables.
  • Lead client workshops, architectural reviews, and solution validation sessions.
  • Support cutover, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring business readiness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Cloud capabilities, roadmap, and value realization.
  • Mentor and provide subject matter leadership to junior team members and client teams.

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
