- ERP Functional Consultant Retail Solutions:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for Retail and Food & Beverages operations.
- Provide guidance and support to business teams in process design, process improvement, and process management of Retail operations including inventory management, supply chain, sales processes, eCommerce and Point of sales.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Retail Cloud & Simphony with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, other enterprise systems and applications.
- Identifying areas where the standard Cloud ERP functionality does not meet business needs and defining the necessary customizations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow and configuration guides to support ongoing operations and future upgrades.
