Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and related HCM modules. The consultant will support day-to-day operations, resolve functional issues, handle configurations, and work closely with business teams on enhancements and new requirements.
Work Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi
Experience: 3- 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for:
Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Cloud
Manage incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
Perform HCM configurations, validations, and end-to-end testing.
Support payroll runs, costing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, element setups, HCM extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
Coordinate with business users for requirement discussions and UAT support.
Work with technical teams for integrations (HCM Extracts, OIC), reports, and workflow approvals.
Participate in quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing.
Prepare functional documents (BRDs, test scripts, KT documents, SOPs).
Required Skills:
3–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll (mandatory).
Solid understanding of payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll flows, absence accruals, and costing.
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/FBL, and OTBI/BIP reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with Talent Management, Recruiting, or Compensation.
Hands-on with OIC-based HCM integrations.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
