Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant specializing in Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

• designs, configures, and implements these modules to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, defining requirements, mapping processes, creating Fast Formulas, and performing data migration (HDL/HSDL) to ensure efficient, compliant HR operations. 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations.
• Module Expertise: Proven expertise in Core HR, Absence, OTL, and ORC.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
