Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Cloud Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementation and support projects. The role involves technical configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for global clients, primarily supporting US-based stakeholders. The consultant will work on Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR, with hands-on responsibility for workforce structures, security, workflows, and approvals. The role requires expertise in developing HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards, along with experience in Fast Formula and complex reporting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building and supporting integrations using HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and third-party systems such as job boards and external applications. The role also includes handling Oracle quarterly patches, upgrade impact analysis, troubleshooting production issues, and providing user support. This position requires hands-on experience in at least two Oracle HCM modules among Recruiting, Talent Management, or Compensation. Strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a global team with partial US time zone overlap are essential.
