We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts for payroll, compensation, core HR, and talent management processes.
  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and file-based data imports (FBDI).
  • Support data migration, configuration, and enhancements across HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate functional requirements into technical design documents and scalable solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely technical support and root-cause analysis.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Participate in Oracle Fusion HCM upgrades, patching activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical development and support.
  • Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Experience with FBDI, HDL, and data migration strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data models and security frameworks.
  • Ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global implementations.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Technical certification is a plus.
