Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer

India (Remote)

We are looking for a Remote Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in custom HCM reporting development. This role is heavily reporting-focused (~70%), supporting complex data needs across Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Oracle Fusion HCM reports (~70%) using:

OTBI

BI Publisher (BIP)

BIP RTF templates

Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL using Oracle HCM tables.

Develop and support HCM Extracts for outbound reporting and integrations.

Build and maintain Fast Formulas and integrations (~30%) across Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and OTL.

Support reporting and technical objects across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, and Absence.

Troubleshoot production issues and support quarterly Oracle HCM updates.
