Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Analyst

Qualifications & Certifications

·Computer Science Graduate or EngineeringGraduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

·Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, eitherspecialist or Implementer level from Oracle University.

Required Skills (Must have):

·Minimum 3+ year of Techno Functional experiencein Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

·Knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.Exposure to following modules (atleast 2) Global HR / Talent / Absences

·Should have completed atleast 1 implementationin Fusion HCM WFA/Global HR module.

·Experience of working through Agile methodology

·Excellent Communication skills and presentationskills

·Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixedsetup of Global MNCs

·Willingness to learn new products and processes

Functional Competencies

·Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion WFA module -includes Configuration & Setups

·Functional knowledge on other HCM modules ishighly preferred

·Experience in Personalization (sandbox) andFunctional Setup Manager usage

·Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis,Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.

Technical Competencies

·Good knowledge of HCM table structures and dataflow

·Working experience in debuging technical issues

·Experience in managing and resolving issues overOracle SR

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

·As a consultant, Work towards enabling solutionsvia CHRs & Projects

·Resolve technical / config issues

·Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complextickets

·Perform testing & follow processes forRelease Upgrades & Deployments

·Participate in Agile Scrum calls to provideupdates

·Learn, understand & assess release contentdocument for upgrade

·Document the solutions and prepare process flowdiagrams
