Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Location: Pan India Notice Period: Immediate joiner Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Fusion HCM Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to support the complete project lifecyclefrom requirement gathering through post-go-live production support. This role requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module implementations Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including: Requirement gathering and functional documentation Solution design and system configuration Testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment Post-go-live support and issue resolution Configure and customize Fusion HCM Benefits to meet business requirements Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration Troubleshoot functional and techno-functional issues and provide timely resolutions Support change requests, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Mandatory Requirements (Must Have) 8+ years of overall IT experience Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Deep expertise in Fusion HCM Benefits module (mandatory) Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle Ability to work independently and also collaborate with functional and technical teams Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field
