Job Description
✅ Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno - Functional Consultant
✅ Experience: 5+ Years
✅ Location: Pan India (Hybrid)
✅ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Skills:
- Over all 5-8 years of relevant IT experience
- Should have Primary experience in any of 1 modules (US Payroll, Canada Payroll, OTL, Security Configuration, ORC-Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits )
- Should have worked in at least 2 implementations having exposure to the above HCM modules
- Should have strong hands-on Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience in project lifecycle from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support for the mentioned HCM modules
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
