Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
Lead and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment solutions, ensuring accurate workforce structures, employment models, and compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality configurations and integrations aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workforce Deployment components: employment models, positions, jobs, grades, and worker structures.
- Implement Redwood UI and build custom pages/extensions using VBCS.
- Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for workforce data migration.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for workforce rules and validations.
- Support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Analytics for workforce reporting.
